The following terms and conditions guide our service to you

  1. The client holds full responsibility to provide full and information in terms of contacts, instructions, specifications, clarifications, deadlines, discipline, academic level, assignment type, preferred style of formatting, number of pages and topic, requirements and order details.
  2. If the customer wishes to cancel an order after the writing process, part of the payments may be refunded
  3. Writing commences after the relevant payments have been received and confirmed by our system
  4. The client has full ownership right to the intellectual resulting from our service
  5. Our written papers for use as samples and learning instruments rather than direct submission for assessment. The clients may choose to submit the paper at their own risk
  6. Revision requests can be accepted within two weeks but they should not include new instructions unless the customer is willing to pay a premium
  7. We guarantee 0% plagiarism on all the orders written by our writers but not those on which we edit or proofread the content
  8. All refunds are completed only after a written request is sent to our staff and approved accordingly
  9. Full payments will be refunded for all rejected papers but the paper will be published immediately to ensure that it is not used thereafter. Rejection can only be justified before 72 hours after receiving the complete draft
